The Tale of Lola, the Little BichonOnce upon a time, in a land not so far away, there lived a little Bichon named Lola. Tormented daily by children and in extreme pain due to a serious bladder infection and bladder stones, Lola finally reached the end of her ropes and bit one of her tormentors. It was thus that her owner decided to give her up. Luckily, Lola’s fairy godmother, Donna, was watching out for her. She seeded a chip-in fund to pay for Lola’s surgery. Soon, others followed her lead—other kind-hearted fairy godmothers and godfathers—and the goal was reached in record time. Lola would get the medical attention she needed and be on her way to good health! After her surgery, which Lola recuperated from very nicely, and a good dose of TLC, it was time for our little Bichon to go on to her next adventure: moving in with her forever family—which includes a new Bichon sister, Michelle.These days, the only one doing the “tormenting” is Lola who has taken a liking to barking at her family’s chickens. Is there any doubt that our Little Lola will live happily ever after?
